pr91New York – In a simple ceremony held at Hogan’s Diner in Orangetown, NY last 19 September, Consul General Mario De Leon, Jr. handed Philippine World War II medal, badge and certificates to the family of the late Pfc. Dennis Hogan, a member of the US Army who was killed in action on 22 April 1945 in Luzon during the war.
