FELIPE F. CARIÑO III

Consul Felipe F. Carino III is a career Foreign Service Officer, Class I. He passed the Foreign Service Examinations in 1998. Prior to his current assignment, he held the post of Passport Director and then as Executive Director at the Office of Consular Affairs, Department of Foreign Affairs during the launch and implementation of the DFA's electronic Passport (ePassport) and DFA Passport Appointment projects. His foreign assignment included a stint as Political Officer at the Philippine Embassy in Tokyo, Japan, in 2003. A lawyer by profession, he obtained a Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo School of Law in 2000 and a BS Management degree from the Ateneo de Manila in 1996. He was previously employed at the Financial Services and Accounting Division, IBM Philippines in 1996 and taught Law at Jose Rizal University.

• proceed to the Releasing section at the Basement
• Open from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon, and from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
• Personal Pick-up - present Reminder Slip and your current passport
• Pick-up by Representative - present Reminder Slip, current passport, Signed Letter of Authority and photo-ID of Representative
Visa applications:
• Received between 9 AM & 12 PM will be ready for release from 4 PM to 5pm on the same day*
• Received between 1 PM & 4 PM will be ready for release from 4 PM until 5 PM of the following business day*
* For most Temporary Visitor's Visa applications. Some applications may require clearance and can only be released at a much later date.
