15 April 2013, New York – The Philippine Consulate General Consular Team on the Move went to two cities in one weekend to deliver passporting, dual citizenship, authentication and legal services last 13 and 14 April 2013. The Outreach Missions took place in the Filipino communities around Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Ocean County in New Jersey.

16 April 2013 - The Philippine Consulate General in New York formalized an Alliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) with the signing of an agreement on 15 April 2013 held at the Kalayaan Hall Annex in the Philippine Center. Consul General Mario L. De Leon, Jr. and Mr. Robert D. Kulick, Regional Administrator of OSHA New York Region signed the Alliance before OSHA officials and Filipino community leaders.

10 April 2013, New York - The Philippine Association of Printmakers and the Leonore R.S. Lim Foundation for the Arts launched the exhibit simply titled "Printmaking" at the Lobby-Gallery of the Philippine Center in New York on 09 April 2013.

11 April 2013, New York – A Forum on "Representing Filipinos in America" was held at the City University of New York (CUNY) Law School on 11 April 2013. The forum was sponsored by the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association (APALSA) and the Sports Entertainment Law Student Association (SELSA) of CUNY Law School.
