Legalization of Documents
Acceptance of applications: 9:00am-4:00pm
Releasing: 4:00-5:00PM (same day for those who have presented their documents between 9AM to 12Noon; otherwise, the next business day)
 
Civil Registry (report of birth, marriage and death, correction of civil registry documents)
Acceptance of application: 9:00am-12:00nn
Releasing: 3:00pm
 
Dual Citizenship
Acceptance of applications: 9:00am-12:00nn
Releasing and Oath-taking: 3:00pm
 
Visas
Acceptance of applications: 9:00am-12:00nn
Releasing: After 2 business days or 10 business days (in some cases, if authorization from the Department of Foreign Affairs is required); 4:00-5:00pm
 
* Consular Services are rendered from Monday to Friday, except on U.S. and Philippine non-working holidays. 

We operate on a first come, first served basis.
